Education:
  • LDRD Postdoctoral Research Associate (2021) – Brookhaven National Laboratory
    Advisor: Dr. Sanjit Ghose
  • Ph.D. – Columbia University (2020)
    Advisor: Prof. Jonathan Owen
  • B.A. – Bard College (2015)
    Advisor: Prof. Craig Anderson

Research Interests
Our research focuses on the synthesis, structure, and formation mechanisms of colloidal semiconductor nanocrystals. We are interested in the atomic structures of these nanocrystalline and disordered materials, and their relationship to material properties.

Current Projects
  • Structures of nanocrystalline materials from synchrotron X-ray techniques (X-ray Total Scattering PDF analysis, Small Angle X-ray Scattering, X-ray Diffraction).
  • In situ and time resolved X-ray scattering and diffraction measurements of colloidal semiconductor nanocrystal formation
  • Synthesis of new molecular precursors for semiconductor nanocrystal synthesis
